Breakthrough is looking for a Lead Web/Responsive Designer to work on a contract basis on a contract basis, location independent. Your primary responsibilities will be to drive the creative process; creating design concepts and layouts for professional web sites, web software applications, emails, and other web/mobile applications as needed, in some cases contribute HTML / CSS to implement the design concepts, and communicating these concepts with PHP developers.
